Boot Camps

Exciting news for the Summer of 2016!


We have started weekly bootcamps, these will be taking place every week at Poole Parl.


Monday evening 6.00-7.00pm Bootcamp with a Stretch and relax 7pm-7.30pm

Wednesday mornings 6.30am-7.30am Boxercise – please bring your own pads and gloves.

We will meet on the field by the ark.


Don’t forget to bring plenty of water and wear suitable gym wear.

These classes are for over 16s only.

All abilities are welcome :)
