We are a multidisciplinary company that provides personal training, sports massage and injury rehabilitation services.
Our trainer is fully qualified, insured and holds a certificate in first aid.
No matter what your goals are, and whether you require one or all three services, we are here to help!
For our indoor Training we are based at Pure Gym, Tower Park.
We are lucky to live in such a beautiful area of the Country so we like to take advantage of this and use the lovely areas available for us to train in.
